3. Shipping & Ownership of Goods
All goods are shipped at the cost and risk of the recipient. Sold goods will neither be taken back nor replaced.
All complaints are only valid within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 1 month of delivery. After this period, the goods will be replaced or credited.
All goods remain the property of Donovic BV until they are fully paid.
4. Payment & Invoices
All invoices are payable net cash on delivery. The amount of unpaid invoices will be increased by all costs and increased by 1% per month calculated from the due date.
In the event of non-payment on the due date, the amount owed will be increased by 15% with a minimum of €25 as a flat-rate compensation for, among other things, additional administrative costs, debtor monitoring, and commercial disruptions. This clause has been accepted by the buyer under articles 1147 and 1152 of the Civil Code as an irrevocable penalty clause without prior notice of default.
5. Usage Restrictions
You may not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
Unauthorized use or duplication of Website content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
